AVANT GARDE

This was our first module, The Orientation module. The poems of Andre Breton were used. Breton’s poems are vague/suggestive, in the manner of the Surrealism movement itself. We were asked to make drawings on the basis of what came to our mind after reading these poems. Later on, models were made from those drawings. We came up with an idea of creating portals. In between a space of six stacked portals, tenuously anchored to the ground. We named our project  'Garden of Portals'.
